Timecard template in Access 2007

I am currently using the timecard database and it is working beautifully. I
have only had to modify it a little to fit to our company. We run a multi
store operation and employees are often shared between stores. I am looking
for a way to allow the time entry by store without changing their main
employment store. I think there is probably something already there that I
can tweak but I am struggling finding documentation for the reasoning,
purpose and functionality for the forms, filters, reports and queries already
written. Is there a published document somewhere that could help me better
understand the full functionality of the delivered template?
