Timecode in Excel

Anybody have any ideas or 3rd party tools that can give Timecode
formats and calculations such as sum, plus and minus in Excel vX

I have found some existing add-ins but they do improper calculations
Excel 10.1.5.

As you don't mention WHICH add-ins you have been trying, let me guess. Did
you try this one:

Bingo! I wrote the author and he explained that the DF calculations
no longer work properly and he hasn't been able to figure out why.
