Timeline in Visio 2003 - Fit to Page

Hi,

I have created a timeline for 4 months for a project and my timeline sheet
spreads to 4 pages (landscape). Is there a way that I can fit it to a page
and also have the information that can be viewed clearly without any
magnifying glasses?

I am new to Visio. Help!

Sorry, this is not timeline, but it is a Grant Chart.

JJ,

1) turning your 4 month-page into one page, try on visio menu
File>Page Setup>on page size select "size to fit drawing contents".

2) to avoid magnifying glass, if not available, try
a. make bigger size fonts <text e.g. Arial 14pt. or more>
b. File>Page Setup>on print setup select "Printer Paper" : maximized size
as granted by your printer <e.g. A0,A1,A2,A3>
