As soon as I installed XP Service Pack 2 my Outlook 2003 stopped sending and
receiving email. Now I get error # 0x8004210A - The operation timed out
waiting for a response from the receiving pop server. I contacted my ISP and
we set up Outlook Express with the same pop server and other email account
information and it works just fine. I also uninstalled XP SP2 and Outlook
2003 still doesn't work. What do I need to do to fix Outlook 2003???
