timeout error with complications

i have 2 x toshiba laptops
XP pro,office Xp

When i open outlook, send/recieve all works ok

after 5mins approx, send /recieve has a time out error

ISP has checked and is OK

Says it is outlook

Both laptops are doing it

third laptop is fine ,same domain,same ISP

Please Save me
