Timeouts occurring non-stop

I've been using Outlook 2002 for nearly a year now with no
problems. Suddenly, three days ago, for no apparent
reason, I'm unable to connect to my Hotmail using Outlook.
I'm told there is a server "time out" with each attempt. I
haven't changed anything on my computer or the settings in
Outlook, so I'm confounded as to why I can no longer
connect. Anyone with insight, please post here or contact
me direction w/ advice: (e-mail address removed).
