Would anyone out there have any formulas for determining
timeshare (e.g., cost + financing costs + closing costs +
processing costs + increasing maintenance fees over the
period of the loan... and that would also take into
consideration normal inflation)???
I'm trying to figure out if purchase of a timeshare REALLY
works out about the same as if I were spending comparable
money in hotels. Thanks!
