Timesheet Add Lines function ?

There are times when filling out the timesheet, folks will need to add
lines to the timesheet via the "Add Lines" button. Does the list
that holds the projects/tasks to choose from get larger and larger?
Is there some event or trigger that causes a project/task to no longer
display in the Add Lines dialog box of the timesheet?

Thanks,

To the best of my knowledge, the Add Lines feature will continue to show
every project to which a user is assigned at least one task until the
Project Server administrator deletes the project. This means the list will
grow longer and longer over time. Hope this helps.

Man, that's a pain to deal with for those of us who are emulating the
old "Administrative Project" in 2003? (Using tasks with 0 hours for
ops stuff)

Could you not set the tasks from projects that are no longer needed to
Publish "No" and thus limit these tasks from displaying? Sorry, if this is
not what you were referring to.
