Timesheet Approval email

I need to send an email notification to Timesheet Manager everytime user
submits their timesheet. How can I accomplish this?

Once you have set up the "Alerts and Reminders" which can be found under the
server settings, Project Server will send out emails.

If you are referring to the Timesheets from "My Timesheets" that goes to the
Timesheet Manager then I am sorry to say that there are no email
notifications built around them in MSPS 2007. There are only email
notifications around task updates via "My Tasks" which go to the PMs similar
to MSPS2003.

Not for timesheets. You would have to write custom code as far as I am
aware. Either PSI methods or SQL triggers directly in the database.
