Timesheet approval for a task not longer in project

Hi,

I have the following situation: When reviewing the updates from resources
there is a task assigned to a resource with some remaining work to be
performed. When checking the project I don't see the task anywhere. I tried
to update the actuals for the task (as a work around for the issue) but -
obviously - Project Pro is resporting that the resource is not longer
assigned to the task. How can I remove the task from the timesheet approval?

Hi Maurico

Perhaps the resource has added a new task to the project using Web Access.
If so, you will see a '+' in the left most column of the task updates grid.

If the resource should have assigned the hours to another task, then you can
decline that update and ask them to resubmit.
