Timesheet Approval.

Hello,
I understood (well or not?) that the "Timesheet Approval. " permission
allows the user to validate Timesheets where there are assignments he/she is
not the "Manager". Is it true?

Timesheet Approval is feature of Managed Time period functionality. It is a
process that is intended for use by Resource Managers who need to approve
timesheet updates from their resources before the Project Manager updates
those task updates into the Microsoft Project plan. Does this explanation
square with your understanding of Timesheet Approval.
