Timesheet Approvals...PROBLEM! HELP?!

so a resource manager/timesheet approver indicated that they were receiving
an error when attempting review timesheet details in order to approve. This
error is saying timesheet requested was unable to be returned by the system.
Ensure that the timesheet exists and that you have suffiecient permissions
before trying agian.

there is a link to the web parts maintenance page on this error page.

Even I, as administrator am recieving this email using the Timesheets
Available for Adjustment function.

I click on Web Parts Maintenance Page and get...a non standard tool bar with
buttons of Close, Reset, Delete, Go Back to Web Part Page and Switch to
Personal View.

There are two web parts that are available to click or select, Review My
Timesheets and My Timesheet. My Timesheet says YES for Open on Page.

Why are we not able to get timesheet details when I know two weeks ago, this
wasn't a problem? How do I fix?

thanks! Shawn

Shawn,

Maybe try to get the Resource Manager to log in on your pc and try it
again. That way you can isolate wheter this is happening only on his
pc or a network wide issue. After that if it is still a problem get
the resource(s) to recal , delete and resubmit the timesheets as there
may be some form of timesheet corruption. The Webpart "error" is a
typical symptom of corrupt items. If it still then persists please
post your evenlogs here so we can further assist you.

We have tried it on different machines with different users. All same
results. We even used the admin user account. We have tried this on several
different resources and get the same results. It is a system-wide issue. It
makes me think that the Review My Timesheets web part is not on the page or
something. The file name for the page is ReviewTSDetail.aspx

negative, ProjmanZA.

It's almost like the webpart got removed somehow? or somehow the permissions
to see/view that webpart is fubar'd...it will not even display for a full
blown admin.

Kinda perplexed about this to be honest, as it doesn't make sense.
