Timesheet compliance view in MOPS 2007

Hello Gurus,

can someone provide some ideas on how to create a Timesheet compliance
report, something like the one ProjectServerExperts has for version 2003?

There is SQL report for Timesheet compliance. I have not had a chance to try
it.
