Is it possible to do the following:

* Week 1, I choose Project 1, Project 3, and Project 5 to log time against
in my time sheet
* Week 2, I will most likely need to log time against Project 1, 3, and 5
again.

Is there any way to auto-populate the timesheet lines based on the previous
week's time sheet?

The answer is no, there is no way to import values from one timesheet period
into another. Sorry.
