Timesheet entries are not e editable for TMs...

Hello Guys,

Need an urgent help. Team members are not able to edit the
atctual work entries in the Timesheet view of Project Web
Access they are unable to fill the actual hours against
assigned tasks. The timesheet view is always read only for
all resources including PM.

What setting is required to make the actual work entries
editable in the timesheet view so that the team member can
fill their timesheet entries on every day. Your inputs
please. Thanks in advance
