Timesheet hours not displaying in Project Professional 2003

Greetings,
Our new installation of Project Server 2007 now has a Queue Jobs list
several hundred jobs long in a job state of "waiting to be processed". The
immediate problem this seems to be causing is that while the timesheet hours
seem to be recorded in SQL Server from PWA they are not showing up in MS
Project Professional at the PM's desktop machines. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
Thanks,

Terry:

If you have a list of hundreds of queue jobs waiting to be processed, you
have a serious problem with your queue. The timesheet hours are not the only
data that will not get where it needs to go unless you solve the problem.
You should check to verify that the queue service is started and running. If
not, you may loose jobs in the queue when you restart it. This would require
resubmitting all of the jobs. First, look at the queue jobs and see if there
are jobs blocking the processing. See the following FAQ if you have not
installed the July Infrastructure Update or more recent cumulative update.
Otherwise you should look for jobs that are stuck in the "getting enqueued"
state and for failed jobs that are blocking.
