Timesheet Importing Problems

One of my staff has around 6 weeks worth of timesheets he cannot import in
the 'My Tasks' screen. The screen doesnt click over. Regular
troubleshooting doesnt work including recalling, deleting, disapproving &
re-creating the timesheet. Two things of note I have observed are that when
you re-create the timesheet, the system re-populates with actuals & forecast
time without you having to do anything. It also shows the weeks as
'greyed-out' even though his calendar is clear.
Any suggestions on what to troubleshoot next is greatly appreciated.
