Some time users are not getting their task wither in My Task page nor in My
Timesheet page, though the task has been successfuly publish from the MSP
client.
On possibility here might be that the assignment owner is not correctly set.
This would cause the tasks to appear on the Project Manager's or someone
else's My Tasks or Timesheet page.
