TimeSheet input issue in Project Server

There is no problem for employee put their actually work time in Project's
timesheet, but we have an Admin Project which inlucde vacation, sick,
training, some employee did not put their time to this Admin project, is it
possible that we can let one person (i.e. admin) to overwrite timesheet for
this Admin project? thanks,

I haven't tested it, but I'm pretty sure that is possible. Enter the actuals
in the project plan, then republish and check the box to overwrite actuals.

This assumes you are not using managed time periods.

Thanks for the update! Actually we do use managed time periods, so I suspect
this is not possible, is this correct?
