Timesheet Manager lookup doesn't include my manager who is in E.R. Pool

When I perform a bulk edit (Edit Details) to update the TimeSheet
Manager field in each record and begin on my record, only 2-3 records
show up in the pick list although my boss is clearly in the Enterprise
Resource Pool among several other resources and the RBS info has been
set for me.

What keeps my supervisor from showing up on the TimeSheet Manager
picklist?

Is your boss in the Resource Managers group? If not, add him/her to this
Group and that should take care of the problem. Hope this helps.
