Timesheet nonbillable hours

When a resource is entering the timesheet where the nonbillable hours will be
stored and how can i get the resource name by his ID?

You don't say whether you are using PSI or VBA or PWA. So the only answer
that covers most bases is look in the reporting database. The schema for it
is in the Project SDK which you can download from msdn.microsoft.com
