Timesheet problems with task actuals

We are experiencing the issue as described in the "MS Project Server Experts"
site: "Actual Work entered into My Tasks in PWA changing unexpectedly when
entering administrative time into a timesheet after applying KB950816 in a
Project Server 2007 SP1."

Is there a fix to stop it from hapening? If not, is the more information
about exactly what causes this so I can send a message to my user comunity on
how to avoid this? Also, one of the symptoms we experience is actual future
hrs on tasks being populated.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Sorry that I can't. Just checking the behavior is what I'm basing it on, of
course I might not be testing all conditions. Unfortunately, not every fixed
issue is on the list of fixed issues in the KB articles associated with the
fix.
