Timesheet shows unsubmitted

I have a problem with Project Server 2003 where a user has submitted their
timesheet for the week and the project managers have accepted those updates
into the plans. But, his timesheet for that week (all time entries are black
and not red or blue) shows as unsubmitted.

Chris,

We have run into that as well and have discovered that it is usually a
corrupt Active X control. The following are instructions on how to delete
the Active X controls so you can redownload them:

3. Delete PWA ActiveX controls
a) Go to a webpage other than PWA
b) In Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu, Internet Options
c) On the General tab under Temp Internet Files, click on the
Settings button
d) Click on View Objects
e) Click on objects beginning with Pj & hit the Delete key (You
may need to log off and back on in order to delete the files.)
Another method to delete the files (required for Windows Vista) is to:
i. Select Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons
ii. In the Show dropdown, select Add-ons that have been used by IE
iii. Scroll down to the add-ons beginning with Pj and click on
the Delete button for each one.

Also, you, or the PC administrator, may have to go into Windows Explorer to
delete these files instead of doing it from IE.
