timesheets - email notifications

Hello,
I want to set an email notification for users when the timesheets are
approved or rejected. Is this possible and how can I do it?

I do not believe that there are any timesheet notifications built out-of-the
box in MSPS 2007. Any kind of notification would have to be developed. I
would suggest possibly looking at using server-side event handlers.
