Timesheets Won't Display

Hi,
We have recently installed the SP2 patch on our server as well as deploying
the upgrade for PWA and MS Project Professional, which we hoped would resolve
an intermittent and elusive problem we've experienced. However, it did not.
We have a situation where we can not always bring up an individual timesheet
when we go into View Resource Assignments in PWA. We can change our view
options, current vs. all tasks, time period, etc, but the timesheet will not
come up. We've tried rebooting, clearing cache, etc, but nothing works.
Eventually, in an hour, a day, or a couple of days, the timesheet will
display again. It seems to happen with certain resources more than others,
but otherwise there is no rhyme or reason. Has anyone experienced this? Any
suggestions for resolution?

Lisa,

I'm no expert on this, but when I have similar issues, I check the
adjust actuals for reassurance. My suspicion is that sometimes the
View Processing service doesn't get its work done and that it might
help if it were broken out, along with session management, to a
separate machine.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, we do not have another server we can
use for the View Processing.
