Timestamp for Sent Emails - Daylight Savings

Hello Everyone,

I'm troubleshooting a strange issue that I believe may be more related to
exchange server than Outlook, but I figured I'd give this a shot.

We're running Exchange 5.5, sp4 (soon to upgrade) as our mail server and
using a combination of Outlook 2000 and 2003 clients on Windows 2000 SP4 and
Windows XP SP2 systems. After the clocks updated for daylight savings, a few
of our clients are reporting that email timestamps are still an hour behind.
Our server is synchronizing properly with a time server and all client
computers have correct system times.

My research has turned up very little information except for an issue with
exchange where tasks and reminders set before the time adjustment are still
listed as being an hour behind.

The problem seems to be intermittent and I was hoping that someone else has
seen and corrected this issue. It's important for my firm because we use
email to "punch-in" and "punch-out" during our work hours.
