Timestamp in MS Word

Does anyone know and alternate way to prove the timestamp in Word other
than using the "Statistics" Box (File-->Properties-->Statistics)? The
problem I am encountering is trying to show when a document was
"really" created despite the original system clock in Windows being
off. Is there another way to verify this?

There is no way to "prove" any timestamp in Windows. Any timestamp can be
altered to be anything you want. Even if there were no intentional
alterations, how could you prove that the system clock was off when the
file was created? The system clock is the only time that Windows knows.
