We have a daily workbook with 30 users, 20 different
computers, 4 different buildings for 4 different groups.
The same group users log on the same user name and
password, one of them sometimes forgot to close the
workbook, and we have to check one by one computer to
close file before another user can save it.
Can we set up for certain time, like after 5 minutes, the
file will automatic save and close by itself?
