I bet it could be done; however it could be difficult. Depending on the
version of Access, you could create a web page and have data entered that
way. You could also create an Excel spreadsheet and link the database to it.

Careful when dealing with steve, he is an amatuer who believes he should be

Niether of his suggestions are pratical and you should be looking at Word's
Form features. One of the features that would be useful is when saving a
document created by a Word form template to just save the data.
