Title bar disappeared

In my MS Word 97, the title bar suddenly disappeared, and
the menu bar is partially visible. I would appreciate any
advice. Thank you!

Assuming you have Word open in a Normal window, it would appear to have
gotten pushed up off the screen. Open any other window, then right-click on
an empty area of the Taskbar and choose Cascade or Tile; this will bring the
window back onscreen, and you can then move and size it as desired.
