Title bar is off screen

When a title bar is beyond the reach of the mouse how can I get the window to
resize without resetting my resolution?

Generally you can right click the task in the taskbar that is off-screen and
left click move. Move the object with either the arrow keys and press the
enter key when the title bar is on-screen or move with mouse (the cursor
should be a 4 pointed arrow) and left click when in position.
