TLS not supported in the April 14 2009 version ?

I just installed Version 12.1.7 (090302) version of Entourage 2008 for
Mac.

I cannot use WebDAV, and must use TLS secured SMTP.

Am I missing something, or is their actually, still here in 2009, no
TLS support for Entourage?

If it is available, please point me to a relevant faq or anything so
we can use Entourage. Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc all work fine, but
the Entourage seems to still not support TLS.
(Connecting to Exchange servers)

Thanks for any comments,

Are you using an Exchange Server? Then you will be using WebDAV for all
communications with the server. Secure Exchange communications will use SSL.

Entourage can also use certificates for Client Certificate-based
Authentication with Exchange Server. Certificates, from what I
understand, are part of TLS, which is just a form of SSL.

Whether or not that makes Entourage a TLS client, I don't know.
