To automatize Erase or Copy

Hi!

I have the ten DB copies distributed for persons.

Each BD has 13 tables with differents fields.
Each table has 10.000 empty records.
All tables has same numeric ID (1 to 10.000)
Each person write only some records and return DB.

Is possible to automatize, in Acc2007, the next (Only records with filling
in DB1, DB2, DB3,...):

T_1A in DB1 |
T_1A in DB2 | Target: T_A
T_1A in DB3 |

T_1B in DB1 |
T_1B in DB2 | Target: T_B
T_1B in DB3 |
