to Connect the Project Server with "MS Project OLEDB Provider"

In "Microsoft Project 2002 OLE DB Provider Information" (PrjOLEDB.htm) there
is a sample of
connection to a ".mpp" file:

conData.ConnectionString =
"Provider=Microsoft.Project.OLEDB.10.0;PROJECT NAME=" & FILE_NAME

But I do NOT want to connect a project file (".mpp").
I want to connect "Project Server DB" with "MS Project OLEDB Provider".

Is there any way?
