To-Do Task

Hi,

I would like to track the time spent on a TO-DO task (not within a
Project) assigned to a resource. For now, the only value that the
resource can change is the %Work completed.

Is there any why to add a column in the Web Access view for the
resource to add his own time spent on a task?
