To: email address gone after email sent ?

Hello,

I have a user with WinXP Prof and Office 2003. All patched up. We are
using exchange 2000 in the network.

Since this Wednesday, after the user send email to [email protected], she
checked it in the sent item folder and found that the To: line in that
email (inside the Sent item folder) is blanked ! I tried to use this
system to send a email to one of my email account and it's fine and
the user said only this email address has the problem so far and the
problem just happened since this Wed. I have checked her sent item
folder, and the email that sent to that [email protected] is fine before
wed. We call the recipient of [email protected] and he do receive the email.

I have tried to create a record in her address book but still the
same, after I sent the email to [email protected], the To: line become blank
!

It's strange and has anybody have any idea ?
