To: Field stripped from message

I'm supporting a user who runs on Windows XP pro and has Outlook 2003. We're
experiencing a weird issue where after she has sent an email to a specific
domain, it shows up in the receipient's inbox with no To: field. Plus, it
shows up in her Sent items with no To field.

for example, this what she sees:

"From: Loretta Leniuk
Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2004 5:00 PM
Subject: FW: Server"


This is what she should be seeing:

"From: Loretta Leniuk
Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2004 5:00 PM
To: Hank Heerema
Subject: FW: Server"

Any ideas on what to do? I've already made sure she has all the patches and
I even reinstalled Outlook. There are no Kbase articles on this specific
issue that I can find, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
