To field will not send

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro with all the latest patches and fixes
installed. If I send an email with the email address in the 'To' field the
email just sits in my Outbox. If I put the address in the 'CC' field the
email goes no problem?

Anyone else seen this?

Nope. Might want to turn on email logging if working with POP/IMAP/SMTP
account to see what is going on. (see tools | options | other | advanced
options. box is 4 or 5 down from the top.)
