To filter projects in web access.

Siva

Hi,
In our company we have several projects which are already completed. So
I don't want to display those projects in Project Center (web access). How
can I do this. Kindly help me out .

Thanks
Siva

If you are using Project Server 2002, you have a couple of choices:

1. Save each of the completed projects as an .mpp file for archival
purposes and then ask your Project Server administrator to delete them from
the database.

2. Teach your executives how to use the grouping and filtering features on
the Project Center page.

If you are using Project Server 2003, on the other hand, you can specify
either a default Grouping or a default Filter to the Project Center views.
Hope this helps.
