I've seen some email that obviously is going to multiple recipients, but the
"TO" is blank. How can i do that so others can't see who I'm sending email
to.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Craig asked:
