to less writing space in "comment" in a file "property "

The comment writing space is very limited for a file under the property >
summary tab.
How to expand that??? Though the box for comments isn't even full with text,
the folder page doesn't show the whole text, why??

The folder page isn't part of Office, it is part of the Operating
system. Maybe if you change the settings to show more pixels of Comments
in Windows Explorer you will see more text?
