To put a Video on my Web Site, how to change the picture format

I cannot get a Video to publish on my Web Site unless I have a disc in my
computer which requires I keep connected to Internet 24 hrs. Also, I cannot
put in in a format to be picked up by Viewers. I think my basic problem is
to change the DVD format. Earthlink says they only use rm. I do not know
how to convert from vob and bur to RM. WMV, MPEG, AVI, RAM which are the ones
recommended for Front Page.

If you have Windows XP or Windows media you can use Windows Movie Maker

or you can buy Pinnacle Studio and you can capture from CD and convert to
AVI File, MPEG File, RealVideo, Windows Media.

files to WMV format.

Movie Maker did not recognize my extension. I ended up ordering programs as
