To save Outlook emails before running the Recovery CD

Hello,

I am going to run Recovery CD on my Laptop (IBM ThinkPad
A22m) to reformat the entire drive. I would like to know
how to save my emails in Inbox and emails in
subdirectories under the Outlook. Thank you in advance.
