To use Org chart, window states insert disk, can this be avoided

Every time I want to use Org Chart, a window pops up telling me I must insert
the disk. Cannot this feature be permanently installed from the disk into my
computer? If so how do I do this, please?

Insert the Office disk. Do a Custom Install. Choose "Run all from my
computer"
