I insert a Table of Authorities often
1) there is NO way to tell it to leave the heading off. I
have to edit the field to get rid of the /h switch
2) As soon as there is a cited authority to stick in
there, Word adds a blank paragraph mark after the field,
screwing up my layout. It seems to have some kind of
link between it and the paragrpahs before and after it.
Highligting it highlights the preceding field, and
deleting it changes the style of the following paragraph
To get rid of it, I have to rename it the same as the
paragraph style for the heading of the next kind of
authorities, then delete it.
What's happening?
