I have a template set up that has a Table of Contents already inserted so the
users just have to update when they have created their document.
When the document is emailed it reverts all entries to 3. The only common
thing I can see is that it mainly happens when people open it from Microsoft
Outlook rather than downloading the file.
Is this a bug in Office or is there something I can do??
