TOC in Visio 2000

Is there an easy way to create a Table of Contents in Visio 2000. I'd like to
be able to be able to display the page names and numbers on a TOC page. I
have no knowledge of VB or even about how to enter the code into Visio even
if I cut and paste it, so please be very explicit. Thanks
