TOC Problem

Hi all

I keep having the following problem, I create a long document and when I
insert the table of contents manually Word adds entries for parts that are
not in the list of the styles e.g. in the list I have Just Header1 and
Header2 but word adds an entry for 'normal text + size 10'
I would like to point out that the document has Word Form fields (I don't
know whether this is relevant)

These are not styles but formatting. If you don't want to see these
listings, clear the check box for "Keep track of formatting" on the Edit tab
of Tools | Options. But such entries are intended as a reminder that you
should be creating new styles as needed for these new format settings.
