too many copies when printing

A user has produced a multi page document in Word in Landscape format and
finds when he goes to print it defaults to 4 copies and he cannot change it.
Even when he thinks he has set it to one copy and then saved the document
with that setting, it still reverts to four.

It is not possible to save print settings with a document, so you can
discount that. It is also not possible to save a multiple-print setting in
Word's Print dialog; it always defaults to 1 copy. The one place it IS
possible to save such a setting is in the printer Properties, which is where
your user should look.
