too many pages

Hi Everyone,

When I preview a report it shows all the same data on about 26 pages. Is
there a way to delete the other 25 pages without affecting page 1.

Thanks
David

How do you have the Report set up? It's based off a Query I'm assuming.
What are the parameters of your Query? How are the Tables or other objects
related in your Query? There's something wrong with the way it's drawing in
information. You can always choose Print Only Page 1, but generally you
want to correct errors, so they don't compound into bigger errors.

Here's a very good test. Run the Query your report is based on, see how
many records you get. I bet you get 25 pages worth. If you need help
correcting the Query provide some details and we'll go from there.

First off Thank you Micah for your reply. I have my reports setup based
on a query. I have 14 tables my query is drawing from and they are all
related to one another. I have another report that is drawing from
pretty much the same tables but I somehow got that report down to one
page by sizing the margins and lastly I have another report againg
pretty much drawing from the same tables but the report only shows two
pages. Page one with all the data and page two I filled in the page
header with a background color to make the heading look fancier and page
two has like only a half inch of that border. I copied my reports from
the first and just edited the fields to suit do you think maybe that has
something to do with it?

Yhanks again Micah,
David
